TERMS OF SERVICE

By enrolling in the FarmerJawn CSA or placing an order through our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms exist to ensure a smooth, respectful experience for all members while supporting thoughtful farm planning and responsible stewardship.

CSA COMMITMENT & PICKUP

CSA shares are prepared in advance and reserved specifically for each member. Once enrolled, members are responsible for the full seasonal commitment. Missed pickups do not release the member from payment obligations, and unclaimed shares are donated to support community food access.

QUALITY & CARE

Every CSA share is carefully harvested, inspected, and packed prior to distribution. We are committed to providing high-quality, market-grade produce grown using regenerative practices.

Because our food is grown without synthetic pesticides or herbicides, natural variation is expected. Fruits and vegetables may show signs of seasonality, weather, or soil conditions—these characteristics reflect the integrity of how the food is grown, not a lack of quality.

If an item is damaged during packing or does not meet expectations, please contact us so we may review and address the issue with care. Where appropriate, a replacement or account credit may be issued.

PAYMENTS & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

All CSA shares and orders must be paid in full according to the selected option. Seasonal CSA memberships are non-refundable, as they directly support advance crop planning, labor, and land stewardship.
