FarmerJawn respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

We collect and store basic information such as your name, address, phone number, and email address in order to manage your CSA membership, process orders, and communicate important information related to pickups, schedules, and your account. If you choose to make payments online, payment information is processed securely through our payment provider. FarmerJawn does not store full credit card numbers, and all payment transactions are encrypted.

Your personal information is used only for operational and communication purposes related to FarmerJawn and our CSA program. We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

We will send the following types of emails:

• CSA-related emails, including weekly share updates, recipes, pickup reminders, and important service notifications

• Occasional newsletters with farm updates and seasonal announcements

You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails at any time. Operational emails related to your CSA membership (such as pickup notifications) will still be sent to ensure proper service.
