REFUND & QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY

At FarmerJawn, we take great care in the growing, harvesting, and preparation of every CSA share. Your experience matters to us, and our goal is always to deliver food that meets the highest standards of quality and freshness.

If an item in your CSA share does not meet expectations, we encourage you to let us know. We will review the concern with care and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or account credit. Our team is committed to making things right.

CSA shares are prepared in advance and reserved specifically for each member. As such, refunds are not offered for missed pickups, late arrivals, or items left behind at the pickup site. Unclaimed shares are thoughtfully donated. We welcome arrangements for alternative pickups to be made prior to your pickup day.

CSA memberships are seasonal commitments that support advance planning, land stewardship, and fair labor. For this reason, CSA shares are non-refundable.
